I had a late fee, processing fee, a service charge fee, a documentation fee, and a mailing fee on my account the FIRST MONTH of my move-in. Anyone reading this avoid this company at all costs. I have tried to reach out for 6 months to fix the fees, after 14 attempts to reach them with no avail. All of a sudden I get slapped with a File Credit Bureau Fee!!! Just so that they can screw up my credit with their bogus fees.
