    I have been extremely disappointed with Associa Hill Country and their handling of our neighborhood. They consistently demonstrate a lack of understanding and willingness to work with homeowners. Several emails I sent regarding the public spaces we all share went completely ignored. The common areas, particularly the half-court near the main road, are frequently used by people who do not live in the neighborhood, and the HOA has done little to manage this. The poop bag dispenser is almost always empty, trash is not picked up promptly, and there is often pet waste left on the ground due to lack of proper maintenance. In addition, communication with the HOA has been frustrating. I never received immediate correspondence, and in many cases, they did not respond at all. Homeowners deserve an HOA that listens, communicates clearly, and maintains the shared spaces responsibly, Associa Hill Country has fallen far short in all of these areas. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

    As an HOA president..Elizabeth Garza has continue being a breath of fresh air. Her knowledge and professionalism makes my job easier getting things done..Her pleasant demeanor and good communication skills helps to get information across quickly..I am grateful I have a manager I can relate to and understand the needs of our properties..She is the best Ever for the position she hold..Thank you..

    Again second time dealing with this place and as before they fail to meet any expectations. If they are your HOA company, highly recommend you sell your house or fire them. They don’t return emails or phone calls when you ask simple questions, want you to do things not in your CC&R, and their customer service (or should I say lack there of) is simply non-existent. Out of a dozen or so emails, I’ve gotten all of maybe 3 replies and at that none of which answered my questions and were mainly just telling me how they’re working hard at doing absolutely nothing but taking your money. If I could give negative stats I would, I will continue to reach out until I finally get some questions answered. Cannot wait to fire this company when our board is stood up. *UPDATE* As I figured based on looking at other reviews, they commented back to email them. I did, no reply, no follow up. It’s all for perception to look like they solve problems. They’re quick to reply to a negative review, but good luck getting a response back for an email or phone call. Still have yet to receive any follow up aside from a property manager telling me how they’re going to directly violate state law and your rights as an owner when they deny your request for a review by the board, which they cannot do. Not to mention they already failed to follow state law with how they send their “notices”, I’ll be contacting the Attorney General’s Office with these practices.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. We have a very small HOA. Assoica nickels and dimes us to death and often does not follow board directions. They have frequent turn overs in people managing our community and each time any decisions made with the prior manager are dropped or lost and we have to start from scratch with the new manager, that is IF there is a new manager. At this point, we have been 3+ months without a specific community manager. Their on-call for repairs way over charges for any work since their long-time on-call manager passed away. Also, if you don't watch them, they will overestimate materials and get money from you that way. The app doesn't work as it should where notifications are concerned. If it's set to mail, you never get anything in the mail at all. It's a horrible company.

    Multiple break ins and cars stolen, terrible security cameras and property damage, unhelpful management team, and just learned our HOA price is increasing from the outrageous 500$ we're already paying. Sounds about right.
