  Despite some negative issues, this complex has been enjoyable to live at. There have been security issues in the past, but the office addressed the issues and found solutions for us. They even had the new patrol company available to us so we could ask questions. Any maintenance requests are fixed fast for your own apartment and the complex. I once read a comment about how the carpets were not vacuumed and management got right on it. There is valet trash pickup 5 days out of the week; the community is nice and quiet; and the staff is great to work with. I am glad we picked this place to live at.

  I had a wonderful experience living at Addison Medical Center Apartments! The property is well maintained, quiet, and in a great location. A special shoutout to Bella, the property manager she was always professional, responsive, and on top of anything I needed during my stay. Truly made living there smooth and enjoyable!

  I’ve had a very positive experience living at Addison Medical Center Apartments for the past 3 years , and I want to specifically highlight the management — especially Bella Alcorta. She has been nothing but professional, responsive, and kind whenever I’ve needed assistance. Bella consistently shows that she cares about the residents here. She is approachable, efficient, and makes sure that problems don’t just get passed along — they get solved. That level of attention really makes a difference in the overall living experience. I truly appreciate her and the management team. Bella is the reason I feel confident recommending this community to anyone looking for a place with great service and reliable, resident-focused management.
