  After three months of waiting for a maintenance issue to be resolved — and speaking with multiple maintenance managers and front desk employees — I finally had the pleasure of meeting our new maintenance technician, Emilio. He was incredibly professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Emilio quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. His efficiency and positive attitude were truly refreshing.
