  Highly recommended, our process went real smooth and effortless. All steps needed were easy to follow and of course with the help of Jasmine was really a plus. Online and in person required information from us was also real easy to upload and submitt.

  The entire process was very streamlined—the appointment, the tour, the application, the final decision, and the final deal—everything was transparent and clear. Jasmen was incredibly punctual and attentive, following up throughout the whole process without ever becoming a nuisance. The portal was very easy to navigate; I loved it !

  I called to inquire about property management in Pleasanton Texas. They were very nice but they no longer offer services in Pleasanton even though their website says they do. The receptionist was very apologetic about the confusion. I hope they update their website and meta data.

  Haven't dealt with a Property Management Company as a renter since the 90's; was it always this easy?! Davidson has been great. Property was in great shape upon move-in. First 60 days, some small-to-medium issues and I wondered "how well will these things be addressed?" The reality: Davidson staff were responsive, timely and thorough. Very personable service. They MUST maintain superior relationships with the property owners too; that's the only way things could be working THIS well. I'm paying attention; I may have a property to rent out soon... JT

  My experience with Davidson Properties has been great! Every employee I have encountered has been so pleasant and kind. When I called the office directly they were ready and willing to answer all of my questions.
