  First and for most Clayton homes on 3225 on 410 needs a lot of customer service along with communication skills amongst themselves . We called the day before we came out to San Antonio mind you we are not from San Antonio , we actually live an hour and a half away . So calling to make sure our papers were in so our trip wouldn’t be wasted was expected . Well apparently they don’t communicate because the papers weren’t even requested even knowing we were coming today . Thanks to Austin Tanner Pickens , David Jaimes , Michael Renteria we drove here for a wasted trip when the parents were never requested by Austin . They acted like our morning rush and drive was ok and no big deal . My dad had put down hernest money for a mobile home and it was sold from under him again communication is a big problem . Well I guess that’s another review I have to make .

  Very bad communication. Traveled almost 2 hours with confirmation of papers on arrival just for said papers not to be there . Also to find out said papers were never filed to begin with . turned away with no resolution other than to mail paper when that could’ve been done in the first place .

  Because of the awesome reviews on Ms Jennifer that I saw for Pecan Grove Park it drew me to that park . It is true Ms. Jennifer has been a very big help and I also met the regional manager Dale also very helpful in getting my application completed. The review mentioned Clayton Homes and also did not disappoint I was taken care of by Austin who showed me several beautiful homes. I took pictures of a 3 bedroom manufactured home and when my daughter saw rhe pictures her reponse was mom that looks so elegant. I responded too yes I feel like a queen now.. Today I have chosen my home and had the privilege of meeting David the manager and looking forward to receiving my home soon. God Bless 🙌 🙏 ❤️ I forgot to mention the icing on the cake was a surprise gift certificate for a washer and dryer . Thank you Jesus and Clayton Homes

  We had a fantastic experience touring homes with Mr Michael Renteria. Although we haven’t purchased yet, they took the time to show us a variety of options, explained every detail, and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back when we’re ready to move forward!

  Michael has been amazing to work with! From the very beginning, he has made us feel comfortable and really listened to what we are looking for, never making us feel pressured. He is very knowledgeable and transparent. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Michael!
