  We recently purchased our first home in the Cinco Lakes neighborhood with Centex Homes, and overall it was a great experience. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions, but the team helped make the process smooth and easy to understand. A big thank you to Ibrahim, the building manager. He was amazing to work with. Very attentive, informative, and personable. He consistently followed up with us and even sent photos showing what had been fixed or completed on the home, which we really appreciated. That level of communication made us feel confident throughout the process. We also want to recognize Perla, the sales consultant who showed us the different home layouts. She was incredibly helpful and made the early stages of the process simple and stress-free. Despite a few challenges with the title company during closing, everything worked out well. The quality of the home and the Cinco Lakes neighborhood have been great so far, and we’re very happy with our first home.

  Our experience purchasing our home was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We traveled from California to San Antonio to scope out areas where we could relocate our family for work, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. We instantly knew this was the community where we wanted to raise our children. After touring homes and sharing our timeline with Phillip, including the exact dates we needed to move in by, he made it all happen seamlessly and stress-free. Communication was always clear and consistent, and we truly felt involved and informed every step of the way. While we were in California the entire time, we received photos and regular updates of our home as it was being built from Ibrahim, which made us feel incredibly included throughout the process. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, making what can be a complicated process feel easy and reassuring. Even completing the entire process from California, it was completely stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend Phillip and Ibrahim to anyone looking for a smooth, seamless, and positive home-buying experience.

  What started as a one-day visit just to see the model home turned into us welcoming 2026 in our very own home.
