  I'm disabled and have comprehension problems and from the first time i visited the ladies in the office have been great. I looked at multiple properties before stopping by Cable Ranch and none of them were as welcoming as Ms. Martha and Ms. Jessica. They have been so kind and patient with me throughout the application process. Today is my move-in date and I am so excited about my apartment. It looks beautiful and it's so clean.

  I have been staying here for a while, but the manager and their assistant manager are good people and she’s doing a good job. Her name is Ms.Velma. these apartments were going downhill about three years ago or less before she stepped in and now it’s looking better and I’m very good to stay here because she is a very good manager

  I kind of was not sure to rent an apartment versus a house, but let me tell you that the moment I walked into this leasing office and I was greeted by Martha and Jessica, I knew I made the right choice. This ladies go the extra mile for you and make sure all your necessities are met. The process for my rental was so fast and my apartment was beautiful when I moved in all the staff coordinating with each other. Really recommend this apt. complex. "I love my place and now my new house". Thank you Martha & Jessica for all your assistance

  Property is beautiful and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica, Velma and Martha are the best. Definitely a place I would recommend.

  I’m a Resident at Cable Ranch Apartments for 2yrs now. I am VERY happy Living here at my home that the Lord Blessed me with. The office Ladies: Velma, Jessica & Martha are the BEST. They are sooo sweet and have ALWAYS helped me with kind hearts. They make me feel comfortable EVERY time. I Love them ALL. If you’re Looking for an Apartment Complex to call your Home… Let it be CABLE RANCH APARTMENTS. Highly Recommend.
