I rented apartment 2206 from February 2025 through March 2026. I did not renew my lease because there were problems with my apartment.
The biggest issue was the carpet. Before move in day, the carpet was replaced, but the replacement carpet smelled like rotten milk. Maintenance tried to use ozone and washed the carpet with shampoo, although the bad smell still lingered. After alerting the leasing office, they arranged the contractors to come inspect the carpet. The contractors determined that using an enzyme solution was the best choice for treating the carpet. A patch of carpet in living room and bedroom still smelled bad after the treatment and I decided to leave rather than renew my lease.
Another problem with the apartment was a cigarette or weed smell. On the wall opposite of the front door, the weed smell would seep through the electrical outlets and would come through the internet panel. Maintenance taped up the internet access panel to try to create a seal, but the bad smells still managed to penetrate the apartment.
Another thing that caused me to find a new place to live was the poor contact with the leasing office. At the beginning, response times took a week to be answered. Starting during the Thanksgiving holidays, it took up to a month for the office to respond to an email. The leasing office was also supposed to close at 5PM, but without any warnings, the office would regularly close before the scheduled time. Sometimes as early as 3PM and that means the amenities like the pool table and shuffle board table were closed early. Even when the office was opened, calling it was a challeng. I am not sure if the staff are overwhelmed, but phone calls are almost never picked up. The leasing office never called me or notified me when the renters policy on file had expired and they charged me $50. I only noticed when the fee was charged to my account and it was later waived after I provided a copy of my new insurance policy.
Another problem I encountered with the apartment was a roach problem. Towards the end of the lease, German Roaches and droppings started appearing. Pest control is scheduled every Tuesday and they would spray a clear liquid around the edges of the kitchen and bathroom. Even after weeks the Roaches never disappeared.
Finally the last problem was with the bathroom. After showering with the exhaust fan on, I had to leave it on all night for the bathroom to dry. In the morning, the shower would still be wet and if I did not occasionally scrub everything down with bleach, the shower would turn black with mold. The exhaust fan is loud and just doesn't work.
Above is all the bad experiences I had. Here are some of the good experiences I had. The interactions I did have with the staff were great, they were always friendly. The pool and the area around it was clear. The pool water was always clean and never green.
The apartment grounds outside were well kept and the trash concierge would pick up the garbage outside the door. The days the trash concierge was not scheduled to come, the garbage always piled up around the trash compactor. The next day the garbage around the trash compactor was picked up and cleared.
Another great thing I enjoyed was the maintenance team. They could not fix the carpet but every other maintenance request was completed. I could put a request on Sunday night through the online portal and the following day the job would be completed.
My mistake was not requesting a new apartment after the first night, the majority of the problems could have been avoided. Overall if it was not for the carpet issues, I would have renewed my lease. For $930 a month for a one bedroom, it was perfect.

Unfortunately, I did NOT even get to tour the apartment complex due to the poor professionalism of the front office staff, this review will be based on that awful experience.
Saturday 3/7/26 - first interaction as I was browsing the website I saw tours were available same day at 4pm and 4:30pm I did not want to commit and not show up so I decided just to do a walk in arrived at the complex around 4:20 I was helped by Angel. She advised tours end at 4pm & the website showing a tour at 4:30pm is incorrect. Now looking back not sure if it’s true or not it seemed like she just did not want to do the tour. However she did provide leasing information pamphlets etc. On that same day we scheduled my appointment to tour the property the following Monday 3/9/26 @4pm. I received multiple email reminders of the upcoming appointment.
2nd semi-interaction- Monday 3/9/26 I arrived at the complex at 3:55pm I walked to the front office as I tried to open the door I noticed it was locked, there was no sign anywhere indicating the staffed stepped away for any reason however I assumed they might of been out on another tour so I waited in my car fast forward it was 4:07 still no sign of anyone so I called the office from my car got an automated system then I saw movement inside so I walked to the front desk at 4:10 ( total 15 mins waiting) door was still locked finally a staff member opened the door halfway and with the firmest tone said “ We don’t come back from lunch til 4:45pm” there was no welcoming greeting or apology just the harsh tone as if I was supposed to know their lunch times keep in mind as mentioned there was no sign/notice indicating they were at lunch. Door was just locked. I told her I had an appointment to tour the apartment at 4pm and it’s been scheduled since Saturday she wasn’t aware due to only being there to help out & mentioned Angel was the leasing agent in charge, she told me to give her my information and she would pass it along to Angel when she came back from lunch which I did & as expected it is now Thursday and I have yet to hear from anyone in the office NO phone call NO follow up just the multiple automated emails thanking me for touring the complex that I obviously didn’t.
I DO NOT appreciate my time being wasted. Also who goes to lunch close to end of office hours, especially when a tour was scheduled beforehand. If I get multiple reminders of the upcoming appointment I’m sure your office does too, clearly I was not a priority. This was the complex both my friend and I were looking forward to calling home 2 separate units , YOUR LOSS. If this is how you handle a simple tour appointment, I can only imagine how everything else is handled on a regular basis. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNRELIABLE!!

Been here for about 2 years now and I have never experienced a more welcoming and community driven apartment complex before ❤️
The lady angel I first spoke to when I applied very nice and sweet but after I applied the communication declined almost immediately. It was hard to get in contact with them I sent emails, I would call when I get off because that’s the only time I could and still no answer.. I’m very big on communication so this would be a down fall for me.

Arionne is an outstanding Leasing Manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. If there was ever something I had questions about, she was quick to respond and always offered helpful solutions, including sister property options when appropriate. The amount of information she provided about each community was impressive you would never know she manages multiple properties based on the level of care and attention she gives. Arionne is approachable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
