    Pool is always dirty, the PC for the printer has been down since we moved in over a year and everytime they act like it just broke.. Our dishwasher was not working for almost 2 weeks and the manager told us that our issue is not a priority, the manager also constantly sends unprofessional passive aggressive emails for whatever reason, there are wasps nests everywhere as soon as spring comes, constant mandatories "inspections" at random because it turned out they were selling the place, their system is constantly down. There is an additional water fee and some services fee (around 30 dollars total) that were never disclosed in the lease or mentioned before moving in, the heater does not heat the whole apartment evenly, some rooms are extremely cold while the others are burning. The list goes on. Apartments itself are whatever, good enough. Hopefully the management/maintenance steps it up when the new company takes over.

    Wow. Where do I start. A lot of life has hit me pretty hard in the recent months and the idea of moving was just adding to the long list of things I was dreading facing. Enter Tiffany smith. Full time leasing agent, part time superhero. She single-handedly restored my faith in the leasing process by providing swift, accurate , and attentive direction for me so I was comfortable and knew I had truly found home. She worked tirelessly to overcome obstacles and went above and beyond what you would expect from your friendly neighborhood leasing agent. Truly a one of a kind individual who is no doubt going places with her career. I’m so thankful we crossed paths. If you are on the fence about apartments in the sachse/wylie/garland area , give her a call and let her help make the process feel seamless! Thanks for everything tiff! 🙏🏽

    It has been such an uplifting and positive experience having Julie as our Community Manager. She is very efficient and highly professional when handling resident matters. She addresses and takes care of residents’ needs in such a gracious and wonderful manner, and in a timely fashion. Woodbridge Villas is very fortunate to have such a wonderful manager in Julie.     I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. I have lived in apartments before but this is home. The leasing manager, Tiffany, is always kind and sweet and always handles anything I may need. Her energy is very supportive and she is very knowledgeable about all things Woodbridge Villas! The maintenance staff are always very helpful. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The grounds are impeccable also. They are always updating what needs updating and the leasing office have snacks now and then for all that drop by. The community manager has also been so thoughtful and helpful. She has assisted me many, many times. She’s a 5 star too. Shout out to Tiffany and your friendly demeanor for all the times I call needing something. You are a 5 star leasing manager!
