I typically do not post on Google, because it’s not my thing, I could care less about writing negative reviews but having been on the market for a new house now for quite some time, I’ve never been spoken to like I didn’t belong in a place as I was when speaking to James, the sales consultant. From the first interaction my fiancé and I had with him was as if these townhomes were out of our price range (without even going over the price) and the townhomes across the street were the inexpensive ones that were probably sold out by now. After the first interaction, there were multiple comments he made that seemed like he wasn’t interested in trying to sell a house to us, but instead, he made multiple remarks to make this place not appeasing to us, the buyer. Typically the salesman we interact with try to make it seem like these houses are selling fast and we need to take advantage of the deal now, and this is such a great quality home, etc but this was absolutely not the case with James, he started with telling us what was not included in the house. He also made sure we knew he wasn’t buying a house himself at the moment because he wasn’t ready to buy yet. Lastly, he made a comment about our 3 year old needing to stay off the couch which solidified our understanding that this is not a family community, James was not interested in working with us, and we needed to head out. Collectively, an extremely unpleasant experience, I would not want other people to go through.
