He could answer all questions that Stonewood Commons neighbors had asked. Not like previous Community Association Managers. Mr. Duncan knows his stuff - very knowable. He always follows through on what he says and never takes more than a couple of hours to respond — usually within 2–3 hours, which is rare these days! You can already see the positive changes he’s made since taking over, and it really feels like he cares about improving the community. Huge thanks to James for his professionalism, reliability, and dedication — it’s made a world of difference, and all of us out here can’t wait to see all of the great things you do.
