- JJJSDec 14, 20251.0I was looking to move in into this apartment. When I went for a tour, they said they can't let me tour. Even though the apartment was in market since couple of weeks and was 'Available Now', the person at the front desk told me that I have to first apply and pay the admin fees , after which the maintenance team will make-ready and only then I could view. She also said if I didn't like an apartment and didn't choose another one, I would loose my money. Also during my visit cops were called for a break in incident. I have never come across an apartment that doesn't show any of their actual units but take fees first.

They do work hard to keep everyone pleased, even though that’s not easy. There’s always someone who is unhappy, but that doesn’t mean this is not the best place to live in. IT IS a great place and I’m personally very happy to live here. ✨✨
