- ZMZaria Muanze4 days ago1.0I lived at Alvista Round Rock for over 5 years, and my experience at the end of my lease completely ruined any positive impression I had. After moving out, Daniella sent me a move-out statement with a balance due, but the email specifically says you cannot contact the leasing office about the charges and must go through a third-party billing company instead. The problem? The phone number they provided rings once and then hangs up. I tried calling multiple times with the same result. What makes it worse is that when I called using someone else’s phone, the call suddenly went through. That raises serious concerns about how residents are being treated when trying to resolve billing issues. After being a resident for over five years, I expected much better communication and professionalism. Instead, it feels like they make it intentionally difficult to dispute charges or get answers. If you plan on living here, be aware that when it comes time to move out, you may have a very hard time getting in touch with anyone to resolve billing problems. Very disappointing experience after being a long-term resident.
- DCDiane CastellanosMar 4, 20264.0I have never lived here before , but my tour here was lovely. The assistant manager was very nice , the office ladies are always very nice and ready to help. I will say this, the property is very clean and kept up with. You can still tell it’s a little older. However ! The inside of these apartments is very nice … it gives you that old school Tuscan feel to it. The islands are huge … there is so much space in these floor plans and for the rent you’re paying it’s awesome. Very affordable.

Any issues/requests are handled promptly and courteously. Aaron, with maintenence gets things done with a smiling face and friendly disposition. I feel comfortable and right at home here.
