  Don't ever rent from people... you will never get ahold of someone if you need something for your place... but God forbid you are late or miss something they will charge the crap out ofyou. Not counting the money that was never given back to me over $1,000. I paid their cleaning crew over $300. And they did a terrible job that the owner of the property charge me for the extra cleaning because she couldn't get a hold of anyone at 512 so see took it from my deposit... and I left messages after messages and they ignored me. They are horrible people.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

  A stellar property manager and some of the most professional people I've come across. They've been managing my property for many years and actually do what they say they're going to do, which is rare in the property management industry. I've come to count on them to get things done quickly and efficiently, with minimal follow-up on my end. Highly recommended.

  Being a property manager is a tough gig, no doubt, and you usually hear the bad stuff in reviews. In my experience, though, this company has been prompt and responsive to tenant concerns, to the extent that owners have sanctioned and supported it. I've engaged them as a property owner of several sites for nearly seven years, and have been very pleased by their conscientious, professional and personable service.
