Lived there for 4 years, 2021-2025, and it’s not worth 2100 for a 2 bed 1 bath (the real price after fees). The three real extra with with apartment itself is the Gym, Grill, and pool, the clubhouse is ignored by everyone that didn’t rent it out. Half the machines don’t work in the gym, the pool gets closed cause of accidents or maintenance. The grill never has propane and you can’t grill on your balcony, so if it’s out, you can walk your ass back upstairs. The carpet wasn’t nail down right in my second apartment and I kept hitting my foot on the nails sticking out. In my first apartment, our down stairs neighbor blasted country music and banged on are floor all though out the night. Trash is two bags, but if it’s to heavy, to stinky, or they just decide your floor doesn’t get service that day (3rd), your just sol. The complex schedules events, but all of them are when normal people are working. Overall, not that good for the price, there are several places nearby for cheaper with all the same stuff. I think one is off sunrise near the taco bell, and another in the outlet of the mall.

Outside of the roaches and ants… the maintenance staff is amazing. Jeremiah is very nice and professional and always checks to see if anything else needs fixed before he leaves.

I cant do a half star otherwise I would give this apartment complex a 4.5 stars. As someone who is 5 months into 14 month lease I will share my experience with anyone thinking about moving. I will start with the negatives which detract half a star. Number one- the security gate doesn't actually close, it is something that has been a consistent concern in all the previous reviews and something we knew prior to moving here. With that being said generally no riff raff enters here. Number two- the internet. The LAN connection is great, get up to 880 mbps but the wifi, is god awful, constantly connecting and disconnecting from my phone. Or not loading anything. Number 3/4- the windows. The windows here are very bad and they let all manner of noise in even when they are closed. They provide extreme hot spots and cold spots especially in my apartment that faces west/the setting sun. During the summer the sun just beats down on our apartment, not much can be done about that. With that being said that causes our electric bill to go up. We use txu and this is probably more on them than it is the apartment complex but my first electric bill was $180. My follow up bills were between $160-$180. Bad windows cause the ac to be used more which makes the price jump. If the ac pricing was the same as every other electrical use id be paying around 80/100 bucks a month in electric. For reference I am in a 1x1 apartment. Txu is a scam dont use them. The last bad thing i have to say is that in the summer, they dont count the ac as an emergency when it goes out so itll take anywhere from 2 to 4 days for them to fix it. Which in texas in summer I feel should not be the case. In the fall and winter I could understand but not in summer. Summer the ac should be an emergency fix and should always have somebody out the next day to fix it. Now to the positives, other than what i just said about the ac, the maintenence team is fantastic. They are always responding within 3 days of a work order sometimes sooner. And if you put multiple in at once they will fix them all at the same time. I love maintenence here they are very reliable and very fast responding. They get an A+ in my book. The next great thing is how friendly and kind the front office and managment team is here. Every issue I've ever had or questions or help that I've needed they have always helped me. When the printer in the community center was down, Jordan printed personal documents for me immediately and without question. The property manager is great too especially at coming with solutions to problems that I have had. 2 months ago I left a review over an issue I felt passionately about and the property manager called me the next day as soon as she got in the office so we can compromise on a solution. Thats great a great job and a great team. Any time you go in there they are super friendly and nice and always tell the truth, whether they agree with it or not. I see in a lot of reviews people are complaining about loud music at all hours, but i live right next to the pool and the front office and I've never heard loud music unless its from a passing car. The walls are very well insulated against noises from the neighbors. The only noises I've ever heard is from upstairs and thatsbwhen they're like moving around hard. Other than that, the neighbors next to us and above us all have two big ass dogs and I've never heard them while im inside my apartment. Only time I hear them is if im leaving my apartment and that neighbors door is open. Other than that, its a generally safe complex, and its down the street from i35 so easy access to hop on the highway. Overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. And i would renew my lease if we were staying in the round rock area because my fiance and I love this place so much. We won't be due to wanting to be closer to family in dallas. But as I said if we were staying here in the round rock/austin area we would absolutely be renewing our lease.
