  Hello! The residents of Cerca St. George’s have sent multiple emails to Stephany and Associa management regarding the balance owed to the developer and landscaper that was not disclosed during transition of the HOA to homeowners on 22SEP2025. Please circle back ASAP prior to required legal action!

  Associa is currently in an open investigation for fraudulent activity on our HOA account. Managers and owners at Associa have repeatedly failed to respond to the residents of our community after large sums of our funds have gone missing from our account. Rather than responding to the allegations, they are rushing to cancel our contracts and disappear. We have contractors, developers, etc who have never been paid even though funds have been taken from our account by Associa. This is just the beginning of a lengthy fraud investigation. I would avoid this management company at all costs.

  As a new member I have become extremely concerned about how my account is handled. I have made requests that have gone unanswered and my account was recently hacked by someone who made a request in my name, I still have no response from associa regarding any of it. And today a withdrawal was made from my account that I did not authorize.

  My review is for James Duncan. James is consistently engaged to help our community HOA by being onsite to review special projects and opportunities including taking photos and measurements to provide sufficiently detailed work scopes for bidders as well as provide timely and thorough education (financials, legal, processes, procedures) to HOA board members. He is proactive and very interested to help. The most significant improvement opportunity for Associa is to not overload James with 15 HOAs to manage in order to provide him more opportunity to be available. James wants to "do it all" but does have to recognize when and how to get help from within Associa, especially when emergency situations occur.
