  Arrington Ridge has been great so far. Move-in was easy and my leasing agent Taylor was the absolute best. She was attentive, quick, and reliable. Truly one of the best leasing agents I've had. Any issues I've had have been fixed quickly and I've always been kept in the loop. I have no doubt the rest of my time here will be just as good.

  The best place to live—very peaceful, and above all, the common areas are always clean. The service and communication with residents are exceptional. Highly recommended; the staff were always very friendly.

  Our team visited the property today and had the pleasure of speaking with the property manager Tammy in the leasing office. She and all of the staff here were so great and kind during our visit, and would highly recommend this property to anyone in need - 5 Stars from us!!

  We moved in to Arrington Ridge about five months. We had a few maintenance issued at first but they were taken care of promptly. The manager Tammy Husband helped us complete all of the application process. we are a little older and not as tech savvy. Tammys patience’s went above and beyond what was necessary. but we appreciated it so much. Sky, has been so helpful with the amazon room, I am a little short and she is tall enough to reach the high doors to get my packages out she is incredible, kind, and always has smile on her face. Chloe, has been very helpful also when I couldn’t get in the system to pay my rent, again not so tech savvy however she helped me solve that problem. really great people to assist in any way they can. We do have neighbors upstairs that have children and the running back and forth gets a little noisy. Overall wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I just need to get out and meet more neighbors. thanks to all of the staff.

  Hello, I'd like to advise against staying at this complex. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst places I've ever lived. Everything was fine initially, with very nice staff and a maintenance service, but later the staff were not very helpful, and we were overcharged on top of our deposit. I do not recommend it for any future customer.
