  I agree with the fact that it is peaceful, and the staff is friendly, however, they never seem to ever get anything accomplished. The person I worked with originally was gone before I even was able to move into my apartment. I can see why she is no longer is with them as after several e-mails, phone calls and the paperwork still wasn't correct. The assistant manager, Allyssa took over from there and it didn't get any better had to resend just about everything over again, didn't have my dog on the lease, I have signed at least 1/2 dozen leases with them in under 1 month as they could never get it right and my rent went from $1,202 to $1,207 and finally ended at $1,211 for the same apt. I was supposed to move in Sat March 14, but apt. wasn't ready, they offered me a smaller apt. but it was more monthly rent, so I opted to wait till wed the 18th. I was told then it would be a couple of days to get a clicker re-programmed for the garage, and the mail keys and its a week later and still have neither. I received an e-mail from Allyssa stating it would be priority 1 Saturday but here it is Tues after 5 pm and I still do not have either. I have turned in a couple of maintenance issues and get text response that they are approved but nothing else that I know of has been done on any of them. Not really that big of a deal except for the dryer. Saturday night I went to get a head start on laundry only to find out the dryer doesn't work at all. IDK call me crazy but I would think that is one thing you might check on a walk thru to make sure apt. is ready for new tenant.

  Well, what to say? They were truly professional and helpful. Awesome is not word enough to describe the service. ALYSSA was very attentive to detail and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Answered all my questions and fixed any problem or misunderstanding I had. I'm pretty inquisitive, so, I know I was a lot. She handled all, very Pro Status. It was an experience that I will always remember for my first apartment search. Everyone one there is great. Go Alyssa,Alyssa,Alyssa!!!! 401 Teravista rocks!!! We all should live here.

  Did a walk thou with Marissa H, she was very kind and helpful finding the right Apartment for my Son and I. Alyssa I spoke to on the phone, she had a very nice voice and was very kind to help me out. thank you

  Lived there for 4 years, 2021-2025, and it’s not worth 2100 for a 2 bed 1 bath (the real price after fees). The three real extra with with apartment itself is the Gym, Grill, and pool, the clubhouse is ignored by everyone that didn’t rent it out. Half the machines don’t work in the gym, the pool gets closed cause of accidents or maintenance. The grill never has propane and you can’t grill on your balcony, so if it’s out, you can walk your ass back upstairs. The carpet wasn’t nail down right in my second apartment and I kept hitting my foot on the nails sticking out. In my first apartment, our down stairs neighbor blasted country music and banged on are floor all though out the night. Trash is two bags, but if it’s to heavy, to stinky, or they just decide your floor doesn’t get service that day (3rd), your just sol. The complex schedules events, but all of them are when normal people are working. Overall, not that good for the price, there are several places nearby for cheaper with all the same stuff. I think one is off sunrise near the taco bell, and another in the outlet of the mall.
