My wife and I moved here a couple of months ago, and we have to say it is amongst the best renters experiences that we've had.The complex is nice and clean.Our apartment was nice and clean.And we have no issues with any neighbors or anybody in particular.And we love it and look forward to standing here for a while.

This complex is disgusting they have roaches hole in the walls they keep towing my boyfriend even when he was registered one of the lady’s in the office said we could park in a non reserved spot as long if he was registered he been doing it for months and not they want us to pay to get it out an it was registered an wasn’t nobody parking spot

All the calls are the various office & maintenance numbers I still havent been able to get a hold of. My AC went out yesterday morning but since it's the weekend and since the new corporate management stopped opening limited hours on Saturdays, I have been ignored. Air conditioner issues fall under emergency maintenance issues and are supposed to be handled with tact and urgency they require for someone paying so much money for a dilapidating building globs of hair painted into the baseboards. I've called and emailed and submitted online requests so I'm hoping this alerts somebody to help me.
The Creek on Calloway will misplace their keys to get into your place while you work so you miss your opportunity to solve your problem so they ask for your key to make a copy every time you have a request. The Creek on Calloway will transfer ownership every 6 months so that time you waited 3 months to have a working dishwasher, it wasn't their fault. The Creek on Calloway will have gaps in the doors and windows so your AC fights the cold and the heat and makes it so that you pay more in your electric bill every month. The Creek on Calloway will barely have enough parking spots as is and also add special visitor parking spots that make it even more unfriendly and predatory for your loved ones, friends and family to visit! The Towing Company here Apollo Towing will snatch your car up whenever they need to meet their bills so have fun paying $300-$500 if you make a mistake. Do not live here if you can avoid it.
When you have an emergency maintenance request on a weekend, The Creek on Calloway will do their best to ignore you because they have to pay double what they would their contractors on weekdays. Not to mention with the most recent ownership, the office hours completely CUT hours on Saturday. So good luck emailing, submitting maintenance requests, calling any of the various numbers they have because THEY ARE NOT LISTENING AND THEY DONT CARE. And that's not a complete dig on the agents and managers and contractors on staff, just the greedy corporate companies that bleed all of us dry.
