  I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas regarding multiple HOA concerns submitted within my community. Over time, I have reported several ongoing issues, including repeated property maintenance concerns involving a neighboring lawn service leaving debris throughout the area, as well as safety concerns related to excessive speeding in the neighborhood. Despite submitting multiple requests, the consistent pattern has been the same—responses that provide little to no resolution, followed by the request being closed without any visible action or follow-up. While I did receive some guidance regarding a fence issue on my own property, it is concerning that community-wide concerns affecting cleanliness and safety have not been addressed with the same level of attention or accountability. The lack of transparency regarding what actions, if any, are being taken leaves residents without confidence that issues are being properly managed. This experience reflects a broader concern that has been raised by other homeowners in North Texas, including complaints about unresponsive communication, lack of follow-through, and limited transparency in handling community issues. An HOA management company plays a critical role in maintaining community standards and ensuring resident concerns are taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected that expectation. I would strongly encourage improvements in communication, accountability, and consistent enforcement of community standards to better serve homeowners.
