- FCFinomenal Reviews &UGC CreatorApr 20, 20262.0Unfortunately my opinion changed after my weekend stay. The room I was put in had spotty Internet and he television didn't work properly in the bedroom. I immediately complained and the receptionist came to the room moreso to fact check than to help. I explained that I'm unable to work from my laptop and I have to go somewhere with better wifi because of he connection. She rudely told me that no one else has complained about this issue. And that I can log into Netflix if I wanted to watch tv. Mind you he internet is affecting the TV as well. She kept explaining that there's nothing she can do without manager approval. I was here for business and spent my money on a room that was fifty percent useless too me. Upon checkout I explained and basically nothing was done. I'm a professional travel agent and UGC reviewer, so companies should really be careful how they treat the common customer. We never know what title they hold. If you say here avoid complaining, hey won't care or accommodate you.

- TGT godJan 28, 20264.0Really a great place to stay if your looking for a lengthy stay or staying with friends or other couples. The staff was really helpful and professional. They have complimentary coffee and water. Several buildings and elevators. Plenty of parking for us. The rooms were awesome. Ours had washer and dryer which was awesome. Rooms were clean and big. Completely satisfied with our stay.

Nice coffee bar. Rooms are not well built as insulation is thin between walls and floors, so conversations and heavy footsteps are common. Ask for a room at the end of the hall and on a higher floor. A middle-of-the-night flooding mishap colored our experience as it was not handled well.
