Communication about billing after moving out was not clear, and I later discovered a past-due balance without receiving proper guidance on how to resolve it. I’m currently not getting a response from management, no one answers the phone or response to emails. When residents move away, there should be a clear and simple process for paying any remaining balance online or by mail. It has been difficult trying to figure out and get in contact with someone on how to settle the account since I no longer live in the area. I hope management improves communication and provides better support for former residents who are trying to responsibly handle any outstanding balances.
