- GSGerson SevillaSep 27, 20251.0The maintenance is terrible. Our air conditioner has been broken for over a year and they never have come to fix it. Secondly our roof ripped and water started dripping from it and they did a terrible job fixing it, the roof looks yellow and has a lot of cracks plus tiny bits of debris fall of every day. Lastly, our pool looks like an aquarium there are turtles swimming in it along with ducks, frogs, and tadpoles. In conclusion, the staff here is really irresponsible and not trustworthy, the maintenance is really bad and dont finish their job, the pool which is supposed to be clean hasn't been open for over a year now.
- YCYvonne CJul 24, 20251.0I just moved out after 2 years but this place was the biggest joke I've ever seen. I stayed after the 1st year because of new management but the same old crap repeated. I stayed in the front office about maintenance, which was always HALF DONE. The roaches will be there NO MATTER WHAT, even with our unit being freshly remodeled, very cheaply I may add! They don't care about people or anything. They just want your money, and don't be late bc they will want you out in 7 days from the 1st, even for the water bill. Which gets higher and higher. It was around $80 when I first moved and another $75 for sewer then it just kept going up. On my last bill it was $177 for water and $160 for sewer per month which is RIDICULOUS, even though more and more people moved out, three prices went up. Makes no sense!! So many things happened while I lived there, that I'm truly grateful me and my kids are gone!!!!!!! This is almost the equivalent to being outside, at least outside isn't charging you SKY HIGH PRICES for nothing. Shaking my head!
