In that role, I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of interacting with Janel Jones, our HOA Manager for Principal Group. In every instance, Janel has provided us outstanding service and support. I talk with her about once per week and we have very constructive conversations. Whenever I have questions, Janel leads me in the right direction to where the resources are located. Janel is very professional and business savvy, which means we (Oakridge HOA) get the best service of any HOA I’ve ever been involved with. There are so many examples of her assistance.
