- MMMarieDec 3, 20251.0Principal Management Group of North Texas is very unsatisfactory. It is extremely difficult to talk to a person instead of a never ending group of voice messages. And the person who answers is "working remotely somewhere in Texas." No resolution of any problem is possible as the person answering the phone cannot give out any phone numbers or any information except that an email has been sent to "the expert" who may or may not call anytime soon. I would not recommend this as the manager for any HOA.
