    Bad, bad news. Patricia Pineda sends out illegal notices and Associa fraudulently files a lien without the required documentation. Then she refuses to take my call after many attempts.

    I recently had to direct my time and energy to an family member experienced a stroke and unintentionally neglected the front lawn and violation notices. Sarah L was very helpful guiding me through the process and worked hard to help me sort out the matter with the HOA. Very professional and people-oriented customer service.

    I have been working with them for over 10+ years at my Homeowners Association. April Murphree is my manager and she is amazing! She is quick to get back to me and is always so nice. Anytime I have a question she is always there to walk me through it not matter how dumb my questions are. Her customer service is on point! I recommend Principal and April for any HOA needs.

    The driver/association member seems to be harassing certain homeowners/ demographics. I have seen many issues throughout Wildcat Ranch: vehicles on flat, vehicles that have not moved in the few years that I’ve been here, trash cans visible and in the front of the homes, dogs unleashed roaming the neighborhoods and pooping in yards, vehicles blocking the sidewalks, the grass and weeds that block the view when leaving through the back of the property, many more issues that should be addressed. Instead, if my trash can is left at the road at 8:02am, the day after pickup, that’s a problem? It’s been a few more issues and now it seems to be an issue of nitpicking certain people.
