  I was a former resident at Lockwood Heights, and my experience was disappointing. Communication about billing after moving out was not clear, and I later discovered a past-due balance without receiving proper guidance on how to resolve it. I’m currently not getting a response from management, no one answers the phone or response to emails. When residents move away, there should be a clear and simple process for paying any remaining balance online or by mail. It has been difficult trying to figure out and get in contact with someone on how to settle the account since I no longer live in the area. I hope management improves communication and provides better support for former residents who are trying to responsibly handle any outstanding balances.

  The management of the Lockwood Heights is doing terrific job! It is a nice place to live near Plano, TX.

  Don’t live here unless you wanna pay 1700 for a one bedroom that’s not luxury and live around rats and I’m not talking about the animals. Signed for 1300 and ended up paying 1700 with no explanation. Definitely not worth it , they even added a charge saying it was never payed but never sent a letter , an email or notified me . Apartments are not worth it at all .put in several notices for things to get fixed in the house and no one ever came . Water always stayed off .

  Tengo una muy positiva opinión sobre esta propiedad ,se mantiene con exelente limpieza y muy tranquilo el lugar, visite una de.mis amistades en esta propiedad y estando allí, llego el asistente de mantenimiento Edgar y realizo la orden con precisión y conocimiento ,les recomiendo que valoren mi experiencia y decidan mudarce allí como yo lo are,muchas gracias

  I went to visit a friend and while I was there the new assistant maintenance Edgar came to do a work order and I was very impressed at the efficiency and how quickly the task was finished
