  I connected with Claudine when we had an urgent order that was projected to arrive after our real estate closing date. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. Claudine immediately escalated the request and had it fully resolved within an hour, ensuring our closing stayed on track. Her customer service, communication, and follow-through were exceptional. Community Archives is very lucky to have her, truly an excellent employee and a huge help!

  Shariz did a very nice job. We got disconnected and she was calling me back right away. Very much a positive experience. In addition, Angie supplied stellar customer service as well. Although I'm not happy with the high cost of these documents These individuals made the experience worth their weight! Thank you Shariz & Angie!

  As a first time homeowner and as a first time home seller, I am often overwhelmed by all the steps and paperwork that must be completed. JUNIE at Community Archives was VERY helpful and patient and talked me through each step of the initial process. She was also very knowledgeable and efficient helped me complete the application request in about 6 minutes. It was great to talk with someone who knew what to do and how to communicate with me.

  Rochelle was very helpful! Super effective and efficient! I received resolution after she helped me & SHE gets 5/5 stars !! ********************************* However the company itself I give 1 star. They send me email links to website payment. However the website is broken. Over the last 4 weeks I tried it daily and when I asked if they could take payment over the phone by credit card because the website doesn’t function for payment. When I called they rarely had live agents to talk to because they close early. When I was able to speak to Rachel Martinez, she said to call customer support for the website. Other agents were similarly unhelpful because tech support for the website didn’t help. I have been in a very frustrating loop of communication where I call asking for help making the payment without the website and 90% of the agents sent me to voicemail or customer service. When I finally got Rochelle she was amazingly helpful!!
