  Junie not only complied to an email inquiry i made requesting a copy of an invoice be sent to the payor, but proceeded it with a phone call to ensure she would. Little overkill, but guess they pride themselves on good customer service. I am satisfied with my care.

  She was OUTSTANDING. After being disconnected from two other representatives she was my third call. She was extremely patient with me. Halfway through our conversation we were disconnected again. To my amazement she called back. WONDERFUL we were able to complete my needs. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The archives customer support does not help with updating docs after ordered, they only guide. I ordered resale packet early before I listed property thinking I was being proactive about getting the resale documents ordered. Paid three times for documents which should have only been once. I’ve asked if their management team could help with packet update when I had to order a third time. There support representative I spoke with provided wrong information and the resale package did not need to be ordered early. Also the fees are somewhat overpriced. They don’t allow you to order individual documents from resale package if have to order a second time. Having spoken to several representatives, I was told different information and very frustrated with experience. Pros - friendly service representatives and walk through how to place order documents. Cons - provide inaccurate information, price and no ability to order individual documents.
