UPDATED 12/30- Nobody ever contacted us after this review like they said they would in their response. Our washer is STILL broken and nobody came to look at it today as promised by the management. Gates are still broken. We decided to rent at these apartments because of the great reviews but apparently they switched management right before we leased and the large amount of positive reviews were for the previous management unfortunately for us so updating about our experience in case anyone else is wanting to lease based on the reviews.
As of 1/1/26- our dryer is also broken so we don’t have a functioning washer or dryer.
Since we moved in, you cannot get ahold of the office. They almost never answer the phone. The gates have been broken since at least September and are constantly open. You have to pay for package lockers but no delivery service uses them. The appliances are AWFUL and the maintenance is crappy. Stove hardly works and the top coils in the oven are broken. Kitchen counter is falling apart and they just put a nail in it instead of actually fixing it. Windows are also breaking. I have to put in work orders more than once to actually get them fixed. They came to “fix” our washer that was slamming into the dryer while running and leaking water all over the floor…but didn’t actually fix it and now is burning rubber and ruined our clothes. The leasing office doesn’t really seem to care at all which is frustrating.

I moved into my apartment at the end of November, and I couldn’t be happier! Before signing my lease, I visited in person three different times to tour various floor plans and revisit options. Each time, the staff was incredibly kind, transparent, and quick to help—even though I probably bugged them with all my visits!
Fast forward to move-in: I submitted several maintenance requests, and the team was amazing. They responded quickly and got everything in my new apartment squared away in a timely manner. Every issue was resolved fast and professionally.
Huge shout-out to Vianey and Virginia—thank y’all so much! From the front office staff to the maintenance team, everyone has been fantastic!!
The community itself is quiet, safe, and in a great location close to everything you need. I’m so happy I chose this place. Thank you for making this such a smooth and positive experience!!

Not luxury apartments at all, but for a luxury price tag. Poorly built units with thin walls, floors, ceilings, etc.
I can hear the family *below* me screaming and stomping all throughout the day and night. When I complained about it to management, they have done nothing but ignore me.
Save your sanity and rent somewhere else.

Loud music EVERY single day from these apartments. I’ve informed the current management 10+ times, they ignored me every single time.
I signed the lease when the old management was here and actually helped with any issue. This new management doesn’t care about the tenants at all. They are okay with loud parties every night, mold in apartment, aggressive neighbors, dog poop all over the complex, and half the amenities being unusable. (Business center doesn’t work, kids park doesn’t work, all the pools are dirty). I would never have signed had they sold over to people who don’t even care about residents.
