I have tried to get some assistance for several days and contacted 3 different places. Shariz has been the only person that would provide any assistance, and was very very nice and very professional. I would be more than happy to deal with her every time. You have a good one in her! I owe her a great deal of gratitude for helping me get my problem solved. Thank you so much Shariz!!!

Aundray Rosser, working on behalf of Danforth subdivision's Community Archives, was extremely helpful in our correcting HOA violations to "Closed" on behalf of Sellers and Buyers of beautiful Danforth home.
Many thanks to her and to also Julie Johnson at Ponte Vedra Title for their time and effort made toward resolution.
We truly appreciate assistance provided! Thanks, again.

All I can say is "Aundray,"Aundray,"Aundray,!!! This woman was a God send, I am a loan processor and we needed one last document clear the file for closing. I explained that the 3rd party company messed up our entire order and our borrower was livid! I reached out to Aundray and she came to the rescue. We were literally on the brink of loosing this deal (thousands of dollars) and did what she didn't even have to do. God bless her, and GIVE HER A RAISE/PROMOTION, she deserves it! She had so much patience with me while I was in the middle of this crisis. Truly exemplary service! Cheers to you dear!

Aundray Rosser, what a pleasure to have being helped by such an oriented customer support representative, not many like her out there let me tell you....! She went above and beyond looking for my information to provide much needed assistance, and she called me back as promised (unbelievable). Is nice when you are taken cared of whenever in need. Aundray, you are great, keep up the good work and thanks.

Absolute garbage customer service. I'm the seller and the 1st rep told me she'll email me a list of the documents that are in the HOA resale package (LIES). I asked her to email while we were still on the phone and she said she had to hang up first. I called AGAIN later and this rep said she doesn't know why I was told to expect and email, has no record of my payment for this package, asks for a case number which was supposed to be provided by the previous rep. No matter how cordial I was, she hang up on me. You can't tell me what documents are in a resale packet but charge so much for it? There is not enough emojis to cover how I perceive this company that I just found out about today!
