  I attempted to purchase a home at this location twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, we were informed at the last minute that our selected floor plan would not fit on the chosen lot. As a result, we were pressured into selecting a different lot with a significantly higher lot premium, which later also presented issues with our chosen elevation. On our second attempt, we selected a more expensive floor plan on a better lot, only to be charged the full price for an extended patio while receiving only half of the advertised size. To meet strict contract deadlines and avoid losing the lot, I had to secure the deposit at a financial loss. Despite being promised a specific contract signing date, I received no communication until I personally followed up. I escalated these concerns to the area manager and never received a response. Overall, this was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and management that does not prioritize customer service.
