I’m genuinely thankful for the clarity this experience gave me, trying to rent a unit here revealed far too many issues to overlook. The lack of basic knowledge from the staff about their own property should have been the first red flag, yet I ignored that and several others because the presentation initially seemed promising. Unfortunately, I was misled with incorrect information, there was no follow-up as promised, and a significant amount of my time was wasted. After what I’ve experienced over the past week as a prospective resident, the concerns in many of these reviews now make perfect sense. This property has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs a team that truly cares and communicates accurately. Until then, I would advise others to read the reviews carefully before moving forward.

I’ve spent over $12,000 since March to live in a “luxury” apartment with persistent water intrusion in the only bathroom, stained and splitting baseboards, and ants entering through cracks caused by moisture. Management has not tested for mold, despite the conditions suggesting it may be present and what appears to be organic growth behind baseboards. See photos. The front door keypad is electric and worked intermittently for months. I was told that the device is owned by a third-party company and wouldn’t be repaired until enough residents reported issues to essentially make it “worth” their time to come out. After 2–3 maintenance requests where they resolved it by replacing the batteries, they finally had the third-party come out and replace the defective keypad. I was less than happy that it took so long, because not having a working lock poses a serious safety risk.... regardless of how "safe" an area may seem. I reported an issue with the A/C not working. It was 80 degrees in my apartment and in the low 70s outside. The A/C issue was ignored for weeks. I was told it wasn’t set up with Wi-Fi correctly the first time—which is baffling. Why does an A/C unit need Wi-Fi? What if I didn’t have or want Wi-Fi? I went along with it, against my better judgment. It stopped working again within a week or two. I was told it had frozen over and needed to defrost for a day or two, and that it needed Freon. I was without A/C while it defrosted. Keep in mind this is all in the middle of summer. I suggested it might be a bigger issue and was ignored. They added Freon. It failed again within 48 hours. I finally requested a vendor instead of in-house maintenance, and the vendor ended up replacing a fan. Not sure why it’s so hard for this place to do the right thing the first time. I’ve had to report everything multiple times before being heard or getting proper repairs. The responses have been delays, excuses, or temporary “band-aid” fixes that don’t last. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t even have guests over because the issues are intermittent & it’s embarrassing. I've paid rent on-time faithfully, never caused any issues, and yet I still experience issue after issue with this place. I don't even live there right now because I'm not sure what the fuzzy growth behind the baseboards may be. I went to urgent care and an allergist for respiratory issues when I was living there full time, so I plan to look into that further. This place markets itself as luxury living, but the neglect, lack of accountability, and unsafe conditions tell a different story. Based on old reviews, these issues (water intrusion, HVAC problems, and suspected mold) have been ongoing for years. I’ve filed formal complaints with state and local agencies and consulted legal counsel. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. Save yourself the frustration and money. Go somewhere you're valued (and treated as such)!

I really enjoy my unit and the sense of community here. I do wish there were more amenities available. I’d also like to mention that Doris Sutton has been so helpful and responsive.

I thank God for Mrs. Doris on this property daily, when it comes to business, she can definitely be depended on. I would love to see her advance to a higher position. I’ve NEVER seen anyone so deserving since I’ve stayed on this property, no shade to anyone, just speaking MY TRUTH ‼️
