- SFScott ForsytheJul 1, 20233.0The home buying and building process with Pulte was very smooth for my wife and I. They did find an error in the framing that happened by the company, but they let us know about it and made sure it was corrected. It took a little longer to get into the house as it delayed the timing of the building process, but it was done right. As far as the subdivision goes, it has been very poorly done. The ownership and management company have not delivered any of the basic amenities that were promised from the beginning. Yet they have increased the HOA fees to over $1,000 a year. That is the highest amount anywhere in our county. If you want amenities, this is not the place to move to. A lot of over promising and under delivering.

Weekly updates from the project manager was awesome. People in the sales office were equally awesome. Great neighborhood so far, waiting for the amenities to be build. This area is building like crazy.
