  I’m extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex handles maintenance issues. They fired the previous maintenance technician and clearly had no replacement ready — and it shows. My wife is pregnant, and our kitchen sink has not drained for five days. This situation has caused her unnecessary stress and has created a serious problem in our home. Because the sink hasn’t been fixed, there’s now a trail of ants coming from under the drain, ants inside the sink, and a terrible smell that gets worse every day. This is a health and sanitation issue, and still no one has come to address it. What makes this even more frustrating is that staff has clearly been in the area doing walkthroughs in the unit next door, so it’s not that no one is around — they’re just not responding to our request. My wife was told three days ago by Deja that someone would be sent over, and that never happened. We’ve lived here for almost a year and maintenance has always been prompt, but now the service is nonexistent. For the amount we pay in rent, with no adjustments ever offered, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend living here based on the lack of urgency, communication, and basic maintenance support. Save yourself the headache.

  I moved from another state so as you can imagine there were a lot more nerves and stressors than a regular move. When I tell you I wouldn't have been in better hands than Deja, she was excellent. Sometimes you get somewhere and the pictures feel more like hype, but NO SIR, not here. Absolute great find, what a blessing I thank The Lord for His love and guiding me here!

  Deja, was amazing and took care of the issues we had immediately with no hesitation. Joel, also made sure he stopped by on his off day to also make sure things were to be completed. Reggie, the maintenance man is literally one call away. He is very urgent with his response. I love everything about my unit so far.
