- ASAmber seatonMar 25, 20261.0I wish I could leave a better review but this is crazy to have dysfunctional communication. Is completely sad. I left for the military in 2025 April and been wait for months to receive my deposit. Iv been calling and communicating for months.I finally got in contact with management and was told it would be processed. I sent all paperwork in Jan 2026. Called office and the office worker confirmed it was being sent and would take 30 to 48 days and that I would receive an email which I asked for the confirm this information to my command. It’s know the end of March and iv asked for a corporate number many time or at-least an email to verify it’s being sent and yet nothing .For the last two month iv gotten no reply or call back why is it I have to get the run around when iv been nothing but understanding this whole time. But yet I can’t even get an email or call back so that I can give my command an update this is crazy .
