  My little family and I have been living here for about 6 months now and it has been very pleasant. We enjoy that there is plenty of space for the littles to play, maintenance solves our situations no matter how small, and the agents/ladies in the office have been so very helpful. Occasionally we hear neighbors but thats to be expected when we are all living life. I also really love the effort that is put into community events, it adds a sense of family to the atmosphere that I’ve never experienced anywhere else!!

  This is Max a resident at the Pavillions of Northshore apartments. Sean helped me with my maintenance issue and was very prompt and knowledgeable in assisting me. 5 stars to Sean and the maintenance staff always coming through when needed and have always done a good quality job. Thank you Sean.

  Vince is amazing help! He just fixed my AC and in the past has fixed other minor issues in my apartment, he has always been so funny and sweet! We always share stories from the past while he works that always brightens up my day. I told him, next time I have an issue I hope to see you again. If you get Vince I highly recommend getting to know him while he works, he’s truly a beautiful soul to get to know. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and 1 big smile for Vince!
