  Porterwood, where roaches infest and management commits fraud along with fear tactics that don’t work. LEAD manager in office decided on her own it’s okay to sign blank money orders which is FRAUD (illegal) as a “favor” with out permission. Along with sharing information about other tenets rent (also illegal). She also likes to withhold mail and call cops on people because she’s scared of consequences that will be coming for her. I hope when you step through those doors to complete an application you RUN not walk the other way. These apartments are highly false advertised with an ugly manager behind the desk. They charge you for things including pest control which comes rarely in fact I had 0 encounters with pest control but was being charged the whole time all while buying our own sense of pest control. These apartments are falling apart inside and out the environment as well is not safe for children of young age. I’m here to tell you these apartments are not worth the literal headache caused by management itself it’s shady corrupt and someone should be fired. If you want something nicer and affordable go to ELM CREEK! Porterwood may tell you rent is 1250 but in reality with all their false charges it’s closer to 1500 a month which is not worth the trashiness nor trashy unprofessional management. All instances from dealing with the LEAD manager are on video and recorded for safe keeping and as proof for how corrupt the woman behind that desk truly is. The word morals is not in her vocabulary! DO NOT APPLY HERE! These apartments might’ve been worth it before but not with the management it has now!
