I submitted a couple of service requests today, and they were addressed the same day. I really appreciate the service crew—special thanks to Andy (I hope I caught his name correctly) for patiently fixing every issue.
- AZAdam ZulyarMar 2, 20261.0Maintenance here is extremely unreliable. I submitted a maintenance request and was told someone would come out, but no one showed up on Friday or Monday. I even went to the front office in person to schedule it again, and still nothing. No communication, no follow-through, no respect for residents’ time. If you live here, don’t expect maintenance issues to be handled when they say they will. Very disappointing experience so far.
