  Took 10 months to sell, agents communication was horrible and eventually stopped. There was supposed to be no lockbox or photos until I moved out. Lockbox showed up, photographer came I sent her away. House finally sold way under initial offer. Worst experience ever.

  This has been the worse experience for me and my daughter. I just want to first start off saying that to my knowledge they hire a broker for contract in the Austin area. This broker will not return any of your phone calls. The Dallas area have what they call a Director. The Director that we were talking to in the Dallas area, has not been with the company very long(what we were told). He had the closing papers to the house all wrong. ( Of course in favor for them on the commission part.) My daughter went back and forth over the closing documents for about a week with him trying to get the figures right. Got to the title company and the closing documents were still wrong. At this point I really figured my daughter would say nope I am not closing at all. So after getting the title company attorney and my daughter ( which is a attorney also) together they were able to get the documents correct. I really feel sorry for people that don't have the real estate knowledge, and just go in and sign the documents thinking that the Real Estate Company they hired did the it right. Please use Real Estate Companies that have on sight brokers at there offices. At the end of the day your experience might be a whole lot better then ours.

  Mark Spain did a good job of finding the right buyer for our house in an area that was challenging. The agent was very responsive, although several details were overlooked when listing. It was “assumed” certain items were included, therefore not excluded in the sale. It wasn’t communicated to us until it was an issue. It all worked out in the end, just created a little stress that could have been avoided. Mark Spain did compensate us for monies spent on an early move out that didn’t take place. I’d use them again & recommend.

  I would recommend Preston Grier to anyone that is needing a realtor! He is very professional and knowledgeable! First class!!
