This place feels less like an apartment complex and more like a wildlife preserve. Snakes, rats, roaches—you name it, they’ve got it. Honestly, the only thing missing is a park ranger giving guided tours.
Definitely not worth the rent. Management is shady too. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. And judging by the other reviews saying the same thing, At this point I’m half convinced the wildlife runs the leasing office anyway.
I had a great experience with the leasing admin team here, Carley :) and Katie :) from the leasing office are always a pleasure to work with. They greet residents with a warm smile every time and handle any issues quickly and professionally. Their polite and friendly attitude truly makes the community feel welcoming. Whether it’s maintenance, lease extensions, or general support, they handle everything professionally and with a positive attitude.
I really appreciate their support and the positive experience they create for residents.

We have lived in the United States for over a decade more than 10+ States, and recently relocated from another state to Texas. Unfortunately, we selected this apartment community based on a referral without personally visiting beforehand, and our experience has been very disappointing.
Noise and Community Concerns:
There appears to be frequent noise disturbances between upper and lower floors. Many residents experience ongoing complaints regarding everyday living sounds. This has created tension within the community rather than a cooperative environment.
Management Issues:
Our interactions with the management office were extremely frustrating. We often felt that concerns were not addressed consistently, and verbal assurances were not always honored. Communication lacked professionalism and clarity, which caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
Security Concerns:
Theft appears to be a significant issue within the community. There have been reports of stolen items, and residents are advised to exercise extra caution. This created a sense of insecurity for us.
Safety and Walkway Issues:
There are ongoing concerns about pedestrian safety. Residents frequently walk in driving lanes instead of designated walkways, creating potential hazards for both drivers and pedestrians.
Overall, our experience in this community was stressful and disappointing
Environmental and Safety Concerns:
We also observed the presence of multiple large snakes within the community grounds, which raised serious safety concerns for families with children. Proper pest and wildlife control measures should be considered to ensure resident safety.

The Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch is a well-maintained and pleasant community to live in. The property is clean, peaceful, and nicely landscaped, creating a comfortable environment for families. The amenities are good and add value to everyday living.
Maintenance requests are generally handled in a timely manner, and the community areas are kept neat. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which makes it suitable for families as well as working professionals. Parking and access within the community are convenient.
Overall, Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch offers a good living experience with a calm atmosphere and reliable management. A solid choice for those looking for a comfortable community in the area.
