  Everyone in this office is absolutely wonderful! The new staff has been such a great addition , so kind, welcoming, and professional. You can really feel the positive changes happening. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful to have found a place where everyone is genuinely nice and helpful. Keep up the amazing work!

  BEWARE when you people apply for the apartment, the apartments and their description does not match and they LIE about it. I haven’t even moved in here yet and already facing issues. On their website the apartment we filled the application for said it was an upgraded unit, I asked their representative twice if it is an upgraded unit and he said yes it is going to have white counter tops and upgraded utilities etc. Now after completing all the processes and signing the lease they are telling me “No its not upgraded” what a stupid excuse. ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE the description says an upgraded unit WITH THE PRICE I APPLIED FOR and now the only answer they gave me was “ it meant it might not get upgrade if it wasn’t needed”. Then why was I misinformed in the first place, why did you people not bothered mentioning that when I was asking details about this apartment a month ago. From my understanding these people did not bothered upgrading it because we already applied for it before the previous residents move out. Shame on you people for not being transparent with your future residents. I am so DISAPPOINTED. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I told them about my problems with carpet and they offered me other options but I am not choosing them as I don't like their locations. I am attaching the screenshot from their website. Their representative who talked with me about this does not work there anymore and its us who are suffering the consequences of THEIR MISTAKE. Unbelievable attitude.
