  Mark Spain did a good job of finding the right buyer for our house in an area that was challenging. The agent was very responsive, although several details were overlooked when listing. It was “assumed” certain items were included, therefore not excluded in the sale. It wasn’t communicated to us until it was an issue. It all worked out in the end, just created a little stress that could have been avoided. Mark Spain did compensate us for monies spent on an early move out that didn’t take place. I’d use them again & recommend.

  The only person I’d trust to handle anything pertaining to the sale/buy of my house would be PRESTON GRIER! Wow! What an outstanding and knowledgeable young man. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him because he made the process so effortless. He went above and beyond for my husband and I — basically treating us like family — and was very methodical especially during these hard times we are in. I have a feeling he’s going to be very busy so if you are looking for a great agent, I’d get in contact with him!
