My experience here at Mariposa at Communications Parkway has been exceptional. I’m very impressed with the manager, Rosie (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and with the assistant manager Crystal. Both of these ladies are to be commended for being very professional, courteous and respectful. Each time I have had to interact with them, I walked away feeling like I was valued as a resident and my concerns were addressed without delay. I also met Stephanie and Heather today and they were also just as courteous. They listened to my concerns and I have no doubt that they will be instrumental in resolving any issues that may arise. This is the quietest property I have ever lived in. I have no concerns with the surrounding area and will hopefully be a part of this community for years to come. Thank you for a great living environment!
Made an appointment yesterday for today at 11:30am. Received several texts and confirmation emails and confirmed that i would be there. Arrived at 11:25 am, parked in the future resident parking as instructed and could not get in the building. A resident let me inside because he saw me standing outside in the 21 degree weather and the office was closed, nobody inside. An employee said the office is closed today. Website says they are open and i made an appoitment that was confirmed multiple times. Unable to reach anyone by phone. Can only reach the virtual assistant, Kameron. I will not be going back. If this is how they treat perspective residents, i can only imagine how badly they would treat the residents. I drive 30 minutes to get there with an appointment, and to have the staff not show up is unacceptable. They are not the only game in town, so i will not be going back.
I called ahead and spoke with Crystal, who confirmed one-bedroom availability and told me I could come in within the hour. After driving 20+ minutes, she said she didn’t know what I was referring to. Only after I repeated details from our call did she say there was a wait-list and that I could not view any apartments. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Also noticed a large silverfish in the bathroom.
Since this is a senior community, I expected a little more consideration in how this was handled.

I had an excellent experience working with Christy Case at Mariposa Apartments. From start to finish, Christy was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She guided me through the entire leasing process with patience and clarity, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding — she was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s clear that Christy takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for residents. I truly appreciate all of her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I had a wonderful visit today. The Manager greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions. Mariposa at Communications Park is beautiful, very well-kept, and welcoming. I highly recommend this community and their amazing professional staff.
