I pay 2k plus a month but have to get a hotel tonight because my smoke detector is chirping non stop and they won’t fix it. they told me maintenance would come by today but no one showed. Ceilings are 16feet…. Furthermore, After being away for a couple months on a work assignment I come back to bugs, everywhere, a smoke detector that is chirping, no WiFi and missing packages. Please keep in mind I pay over $2k monthly and $55 is included for WiFi as well as $5 a month for pest control. They told me I have to request pest control or they will not service my unit!! Excuse me, but I for for it monthly !!!! So even though 5 a month included in my rent I still have to request pest control to come and do what I’m paying the apartment to do already ?? Makes no sense. They had issues with the WiFi but since I was away I couldn’t reset anything. Therefore no access my ring cam for months because it went out and could no longer control my thermostat but still included the $55 in my rent. The management here is new and they DO NOT CARE about anything. After a long day a travel and being away I just wanted to come lay in my bed and get some good rest. I could not because the smoke detector has been chirping for god knows how long. I have 16foot ceiling and tried everything to fix it myself since there is no urgency with maintenance here

With the new silver line working and active the bells ring 84 times a day they start at 3:25am and go until 1:20am. It’s insanity, pure blown insanity. If you’re not all there in the head live here, but if all your nuts and bolts are indeed there I suggest you run as far as you can from this community.

I’ve been living here for a while, and the internet is terrible. The Wi-Fi is extremely unstable and drops constantly. The router is installed inside the closet, which is the deepest part of the apartment, so I can barely get any signal in the living room. I contacted the leasing office, and they told me to reach out to AT&T. AT&T said they could move the router to the living room, but it’s been over a month since I first contacted them, and no one has come to fix it. Every time I follow up, they just tell me to wait for a call back — but nothing ever happens.
Paying $55 a month for this kind of internet is unacceptable. If you rely on a stable connection, I wouldn’t recommend moving here.
Update: The internet issue is still not fixed. Both the leasing office and AT&T have not done any real repairs — they just keep telling us to wait for approval.
