  I had a very frustrating experience with Centric One90. The way they handle lease communication feels misleading and unfair. According to the lease, I was required to give a 60-day written notice. I informed the leasing office in person, but it was never recorded. Now that I’m about to move out, they are asking me to pay for two extra months plus reletting charges, which makes no sense. There was clearly miscommunication from their side, but instead of acknowledging it, they’re putting everything on the tenant and lying that they did but when I asked to check their recordings or their previous mails they never replied. The leasing office has been unhelpful, and communication is poor. Also, many of the 5-star reviews are from first-time visitors who were asked to leave a review immediately. The experience after signing the lease is very different. Overall, very disappointing. Be careful, get everything in writing, and don’t rely on verbal communication from them.

  Went and toured the other day with Daija. She was the kindest, sweetest and most professional leasing agent I’ve ever worked with! Not only that, the property was absolutely gorgeous! Haven’t submitted my application yet but I look forward to calling this place home!

  The building itself isn’t bad it looks modern inside and out. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue has been poor management. Management is rarely available, and the front desk often seems more focused on getting you off the phone than resolving concerns. Maintenance has been inconsistent repairs usually take 3–5 visits to be fixed properly, and I’ve had “resolved” requests that still haven’t actually been addressed for months. The staff is friendly, but there seems to be a lack of proper oversight and organization. Also be advised the apartment has a deal with Apollo Towing company to tow cars at will even if you live here. We got confirmation from Cheryl in there main office and confirmed the contract they have in place.
