  I cannot say enough about LUV Homes and especially Peter and his team. They truly went above and beyond for me and my three little ones during one of the most difficult times in our lives. After a traumatic family situation, we needed safety, stability, and a fresh start—and Peter made that his priority. From the very beginning, he treated our situation with urgency, compassion, and genuine care. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, and he never once made me feel like a burden, even with all my first-time homebuyer questions, worries, and doubts. That kind of patience and dedication is rare. What stood out the most is that this wasn’t just business to them. It felt like they were truly called to help families. The level of kindness, service, and heart they showed can only come from a place of purpose and faith. I have never worked with a company so willing to go the extra mile just to make sure a family is taken care of. Because of Peter and the LUV Homes team, my children and I now have a place to call home. And now, on April 21st, we will be closing on our new dwelling place—our safe place, OUR HOME. Thank you, Peter, for your compassion, your dedication, and your heart. I truly pray you are blessed for the way you help others. And thank you LUV Homes for being an answer to a prayer we so desperately needed. God truly works through people—and through you all, He made this possible.

  My experience with Peter at Luv Homes was a 10/10 and I was well taken care of the entire time. My family and I checked out several homes, and decided on a beautiful model. I didn’t know mobile homes were so beautifully made nowadays, so we were very happy about the options available. We had to get trees cut down, as well as get a dirt pad installed, along with a septic and water well. We had several contractors come out and they were all friendly and experienced, answering all my questions. Peter planned everything and made sure I was updated. The effort was worthwhile 🙌 Eddie and Peter also took time to walk the property prior to the project, which we appreciated to ensure that we’d be able to fit the home in. After the home was placed, Ofelia has helped to get any additional questions answered. Overall, we are grateful for the attention to detail and are thrilled to own a beautiful home in the woods at a fraction of the cost of a traditional stick build. Mobile home for the win!! We are grateful for the entire team at Luv Homes for making this an exciting process with outstanding results. Thanks team at Luv Homes. 🙌
