Absolutely awful customer service and do not stand behind their product. They tout how much better their warranty is than every other builder but then when you make a claim they always have an excuse for why it’s out of warranty. Garage door falls clear off the tracks and buckles, not covered. Tree dies right after move in day, not covered. Then they have the audacity to require having one of their inspectors come do a 1 year inspection and tell you again how everything is covered under their super awesome warranty. Just total liars all the way around. Don’t spend your money on a Centex home unless you are prepared to have to replace everything on your own dollar.
