From the beginning, working with Alissa at Franklin to sweet, sweet Zoe making sure I had the access and preliminaries to just VIEW this beautiful property. And hands down to Coltin, Trilby and Jow for being THE BEST, HANDS DOWN Management team ever! They blessed me with a much needed taco on Halloween...and Trilby rocked those white boots!👢👢 They all looked soooo adorable, super friendly! So glad to be yard"HOME"! The fact that you don’t have anyone above or below you really sets the property apart and having your own yard is a truly innovative concept. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism truly went above and beyond. She took the time to answer every question, point out thoughtful details about the community, and made sure I felt completely taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a genuine impression, but Trilby absolutely did. I can’t wait to make this community my new home!

Although I ultimately chose a place closer to work, I still wanted to give this community the recognition it deserves. From the moment we arrived, Coltin, the Community Manager, was radiant! He instantly made us feel like we were already home. The leasing team, Jow and Trilby, were incredibly knowledgeable about both the community and the surrounding area, answering every question with enthusiasm and care. I went in not knowing what to expect, but this concept truly stands out! Individual homes and duplexes with private yards, yet still part of an apartment community? Whaaaat! It’s the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of your own home without the hefty Central Texas mortgage. The homes are beautifully built and thoughtfully designed. I actually teared up imagining what it would feel like to live there. In a time when homeownership feels so out of reach for so many, YardHomes Trailside gives you that same sense of belonging and pride at an attainable price. Truly an incredible place with an equally incredible team!!! And incredible amenities!! This property will forever be in the back of my mind pulling me in. Definitely a must see!
