- ABAndrea BentonJul 19, 20241.0We had to leave due to it being uninhabitable from MOLD that was making me and my son sick. The ceiling was leaking when it rained through a light fixture and after multiple times the drywall became moldy and they refused to replace it. I requested to transfer units but the one they tried to move me into had visible mold. The maintenance guy told me construction was rushed on the complex. When we moved in all the pipes connected to the sink weren’t put together and they all leaked. One of the bathrooms pipes never was fixed properly by the teenage maintenance guy which he straight up refused to do it so we just never used that sink. Did I mention the rats? You could hear them at night and see dead ones in the breezeway. The complex is littered with trash, dogs off leash, dog poop. The office staff has zero experience and it showed. I could go on and on. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. ***in response to management*** I have all the correspondence between us saved regarding the leak and maintenance requests as well as mold. I documented EVERYTHING. Be prepared to hear from an attorney.
