  Rats, roaches and the front office never has the same people. The pool hasn’t been open in over a year and there have been police on-site SEVERAL TIMES because someone has been shot or stabbed in my building.

  This place is not a healthy environment before I signed my lease I took a walk thru and my apartment was horrible dead roaches on the new carpet , after she says " it's new carpet " yeah with dead roaches everywhere toilet bowl was dirty and shower heads had dead skin cells light switches where sticky I'm so glad I didn't sign the lease and had to live with the regret of roach infestation . So I refused to sign the lease and go thru with it and I asked for my deposit back although it would take weeks for me to get my deposit back and mailed to me I try to call the next day to give them a new address and I got nothing but rudeness staff is horrible and don't even call back couldn't even provide me a number for me to contact anyone higher to speak to or the people handling my deposit person I spoke too was kiana very rude and Alia . So I recommend anyone looking do not go here they are trash and for a high price not even worth it .

  I moved here October 2018 when this place used to be "Rosemont at Heatherbend". The new management took over almost a month ago. They changed the name and the property has been under new construction and repair since then. It's now called Stoneridge Apartments and a part of me wishes I could have stayed a bit longer to experience the good things I already see coming. But I had signed a lease elsewhere back in September. The front management answers the phone every single time I call which was not something I could say for the previous management team. The office hours changed instead of being open on Saturdays they are open earlier and longer Monday-Friday. Trash doesn't pile up along the dumpsters like it used to. I see some of the same maintenance crew but new ones as well and they are always out in different buildings. Which means that they are actually getting work orders completed. Maria the manager was very sweet and understanding she is in her office every time I walk in there. The rest of the staff is also very good. This place has so much potential and they have done more in one month than the other company did in the 11 that I lived here which is why they deserve 5 stars.
