- AGAshley GarciaApr 29, 20231.0This place is not a healthy environment before I signed my lease I took a walk thru and my apartment was horrible dead roaches on the new carpet , after she says " it's new carpet " yeah with dead roaches everywhere toilet bowl was dirty and shower heads had dead skin cells light switches where sticky I'm so glad I didn't sign the lease and had to live with the regret of roach infestation . So I refused to sign the lease and go thru with it and I asked for my deposit back although it would take weeks for me to get my deposit back and mailed to me I try to call the next day to give them a new address and I got nothing but rudeness staff is horrible and don't even call back couldn't even provide me a number for me to contact anyone higher to speak to or the people handling my deposit person I spoke too was kiana very rude and Alia . So I recommend anyone looking do not go here they are trash and for a high price not even worth it .
