  Living here has been nothing but amazing! I’ve been here for over a year now and I love it! The staff, the maintenance crew are so attentive and responds quickly to my needs. Anything I need done they handle right away. I couldn’t have asked for a better community! There is always things to do for the residents. I’m greeted by everyone every time I go in the office or walking around the complex. Live here, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Townhomes at Lake Park in Pearland, Texas. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe, which made it a comfortable place to call home. The townhomes are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room and a layout that truly feels like a home rather than just an apartment. Management and maintenance were always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Any issues were handled quickly, which made living here stress-free. I also appreciated how clean and organized the property was—it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, Townhomes at Lake Park provided a positive living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Pearland

  After two years of living here, I must say that the new Venterra management team has really impressed me! The employees are helpful, considerate, and always ready to assist with any queries or issues. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents' experiences because they have made the transfer process easy and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and expertly, and the community feels more welcoming than before. Anyone looking for a fantastic place to live with an amazing staff should definitely check out these apartments!

  Neighborhood is quiet. I really like the easy access to 288 and Beltway 8. There is a great deal of effort to upkeep the property. Office staff truly do want residents happy in the community. Not five stars because: Some (not all) people who have pets do not pick up their feces. The dog poop is a continuous problem. That has got to be frustrating to the property management, it certainly is for the rest of us with pets that have to maneuver the landmines left by other discourteous residents. Additionally, the property really does need to invest in another dumpster area for property trash. What they have now is not enough to accommodate the current residents.

  My husband and I have been residents since 2024 & we have noticed a great change in the new management. They have improved this community. The apartments are well maintained, comfortable and truly feel like home. The community is also quiet and very welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled properly and all staff has been nothing but friendly, professional and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. This was a big reason why we decided to renew and move to a bigger space. We have enjoyed living here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to call home.
