  Townhomes at Lake Park has gone downhill significantly due to poor management and lack of accountability. From move-in issues involving dirty units and rushed, last-minute cleaning to ongoing maintenance problems, this property consistently fails to meet basic standards. Management provides conflicting information, drops the ball repeatedly, and residents are left to deal with the consequences financially and emotionally. I recently had a paid and confirmed event canceled at the last minute due to internal scheduling errors, costing me additional money. Despite charging cleaning and amenity fees, units are poorly maintained and concerns are brushed off. If you value transparency, professionalism, and proper upkeep, look elsewhere. Here are pictures from some of the units that were supposed to be move in ready this is what they are giving residents. If you have a transfer it’s best to stay in your current unit. Not only do they have a pest issue but rodents as well. The unit I was supposed to move in to they waited to clean the night before disturbing other residents. Save yourself the trouble and headache. Do not move here. The property is beautiful and a nice location but the management and upkeep negative 0 do not waste your time. They charge a clean out fee but units remain uncleaned.

  No care for current residents. They will have maintenance come over to clean at 10pm to clean an apartment next door because someone is moving in using loud industrial vacuums. They will disregard all of their own policies at their whim because it is convenient to them. Keep in mind that they knew these residents would be moving in at least since 5pm as there were maintenance and cleaners there at that point. They will also close maintenance requests before finishing them. Do not be fooled by the high stars. Edit: A week later, still waiting on those neighbors to move in that the Townhomes owner required an emergency cleaning for. I fail to see why that emergency cleaning needed to happen when I had to go to work the next day.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Townhomes at Lake Park in Pearland, Texas. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe, which made it a comfortable place to call home. The townhomes are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room and a layout that truly feels like a home rather than just an apartment. Management and maintenance were always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Any issues were handled quickly, which made living here stress-free. I also appreciated how clean and organized the property was—it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, Townhomes at Lake Park provided a positive living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Pearland
