Emalee was very accommodating of my questions during the tour in helping me figure out what I needed and Iris has answered the phone each time I've called and has been very responsive to my questions. I will update the review once I move in!
- CHCassandra HeadSep 30, 20255.0Recently took a tour of this property and was very impressed with how clean and peaceful it was. It looks just like the photos. The leasing staff was very nice and helpful. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Definitely would not mind living here.
- MRmadison rodricksSep 30, 20255.0I came into tour for one bedroom, one bath I loved the property. I loved the community very clean and kept up with. I worked with emalee and she was amazing. I really loved the stainless steal appliances and the amenities as well .

Firstly, this is the only apartment complex I've seen in Pearland that doesn't have office hours on Saturdays which is a real inconvenience to its tenants. So if you are a working class citizen with a normal 9-5 that's looking for an apartment, unless you take off work, you won't make it to Summerwind in time cause the office closes at 6, and with Houston's traffic, good luck! Its as if Summerwind only wants a certain demographic living there🤔 The hours changed cause they only have one person working in office ALL THE TIME, Iris! Everything is catered to her. Recently before I moved out she sent me an email about my move out day that was AFTER the day I was supposed to move out. Overall the property is nice but my rent increased by almost $100 every year! I started to get charged for a CAM (common area fee) fee which I wasnt charged for initially when moving in. And then all of a sudden we started to get daily emails about not being able to keep our children's bikes on our balconies! But for 3 years, it had never been an issue. It was time to go!
