  I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I’ve received since moving here. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Victoria, our Property Manager. She is simply heaven sent! Her professionalism is top tier, and the way she goes above and beyond to address every concern while making the experience here at St Andrews truly unforgettable is remarkable. I’d also like to thank Berton, the leader of the maintenance staff. Anytime I have a maintenance need, he takes care of the issue the same day! I have never resided at any apartment complex where the maintenance team responds to work orders and completes them so promptly. Your responsiveness and dedication to addressing every need truly makes a difference in my daily life. I absolutely love living here and couldn’t imagine finding a better place to call home. A large part of that is because of the peace of mind I have knowing that the maintenance team is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Thank you for all that you do to make this community such a wonderful place to live. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful. Keep up the great work! With appreciation, Quita🌻

  I was visiting my elderly mother that lives at St. Andrews last week, and I needed some help picking up a large package from my cars trunk. As I was having a hard time lifting the package up, a guy that was driving a golf cart pulled up and asked me if I needed some help. He picked the package up and carried it to my mothers apartment for me. He was really nice and helpfull. I asked him for his name, and he told me that his name is Bert and that he is one of the Assitant Maintenance Managers that work on the property. He was really professional and gave my mom his business card and told her to reach out if she needed help with anything. He really showed that he cares about the people that live on your property. My mom told me that she always sees Bert around the property and he always speaks and waves to everyone.

  The new manager Victoria and Yudi are amazing!!! I sure hate to see Yudi go because she’s always been exceptional at what she does for residents! We look forward to seeing what Vitoria does for the residents here in the months and years to come! So far Victoria has turned a lot of things around and she hasn’t been here long. The maintenance assistant manager named “Bert” is also top tier! You can count on him for work to be done! Wonderful people!!!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Yudi and Barton for their outstanding service and professionalism. Yudi, the leasing agent, has been nothing short of amazing — she’s always welcoming, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From answering questions promptly to helping with lease details and move-in arrangements, she truly makes the process stress-free and enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail show that she genuinely cares about residents. Barton, the assistant maintenance manager, is just as impressive. He’s reliable, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever something needs to be fixed. His work is thorough and efficient, and he makes sure every maintenance request is handled the right way the first time. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in keeping the property in top shape. Together, Yudi and Barton make a great team — professional, courteous, and dedicated to creating a positive living experience for everyone.

  Toured a 1-bedroom with a den. The unit was spacious, and beautifully appointed. The agent at the property (Karen) was attentive, articulate, and very understanding of my needs... I mentioned wanting a view of the beautiful courtyard, she accommodated. I asked if direct views of the pool area could be avoided (I work from home, and the noise in the summertime could be a distraction), again she accommodated. Overall, the entire facility is post-card stunning, and well cared for. The staff members (especially Karen) actually listen to your needs, and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. I'll be going back to look at a 2-bedroom (using the 2nd bedroom as an office). Location, layout, attentive staff... all boxes checked! You can't go wrong with this place.
