When they do finally come they half do whatever the issue was prompting you to have to call them again for the same issue. Office staff is nice and friendly however when there’s a maintenance issue they will tell you whatever to shut you up. I’ve only been here 3 weeks and can tell you I will NOT be renewing.

I havent had any pest issues which is huge to me. When I first showed up with my uhaul I didn't care for the apartment originally assigned to me. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me then and there. Coming from the same industry of multifamily property management, I can truly say they are on top of their game at St. Andrews. The Amazon lockers are very convenient as well! Great job !!!!!

The property itself is well kept but what’s driving me even more to become a tenant there, is how I’m being treated. After leasing with various properties you sometimes just feel like another number, I can honestly say not here 😎🎉

Most of all, I feel safe, the residents are pleasant. The property is kept clean and well maintained. What made me choose this property 5 months ago was how warm and welcoming the staff and residents felt viewing their interactions alone, you can tell it’s really about community here.The Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, the residents are respectful, even with their pets. They get to know their residents and are prompt in responding and handling your request right away. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to find an apartment in this area over all the other options available in my opinion.
