  This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The location is convenient to shopping dinning and major highways. Most of all, I feel safe, the residents are pleasant. The property is kept clean and well maintained. What made me choose this property 5 months ago was how warm and welcoming the staff and residents felt viewing their interactions alone, you can tell it’s really about community here.The Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, the residents are respectful, even with their pets. They get to know their residents and are prompt in responding and handling your request right away. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to find an apartment in this area over all the other options available in my opinion.

  My experience of a residents has been a very heartfelt transition. I moved here a year ago after moving out of my home. Which I truly loved 🥰 my spiritual awakening guided me to ST. Andrews door step. Which I met Ms. Karen, whom professionalism was amazing and inviting. Today I actually met another amazing employee of ST. Andrews…Ms. Khori!!! Which is a beautiful spirit. Each person from maintenance to all the office employees has been so respectful each and every time I’ve came in contact with. On that note I want to thank each and everyone for everything you do to keep ALL the residents happy from any complaints that may come across there desk😉. Just know I’m happy I choice Andrews for my home.

  We’ve been here for more than a year and a half. So far it’s been a pleasure living here. This apartment has a great school zone & access to all stores within a mile radius. A special shoutout to leasing specialist Karen. She’s been such a great person to work for any help. ❤️ It’s not that we’ve faced any issues. But whenever we had issues, it has been taken care of promptly. Once our dishwasher was not working & upon inspection replacement part was ordered. We still had issues & they replaced the dishwasher with a brand new one. Strongly recommend this community to anyone who’s looking for an apartment in Pearland.

  I have had a wonderful experience at St. Andrews. The amenities are outstanding—I particularly enjoy the pristine pool area and the well-equipped gym, both of which are always clean and accessible. What truly makes this community shine, however, is the prime location; it is absolutely perfect, with every essential store and dining option right down the street, making errands effortless. Finally, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always addressing concerns promptly and making me feel valued as a resident. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for convenience, great amenities, and attentive management. I’ve been living here for almost a year and this is the best experience I could’ve imagined when it comes to apartment living.

  I've been a resident at St.Andrews for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home in Pearland/ Shadow Creek area. The management team, is truly outstanding. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I've had a minor issue, maintenance has responded incredibly fast. They are highly skilled and always courteous. Overall, a fantastic place to live. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive rental experience!
